How the Inclusion & Accessibility Score Is Calculated

The overall score is a weighted average across four indicators. Nomadino calculates: disability support × 0.35 + public accessibility × 0.25 + digital accessibility × 0.20 + inclusion in education and work × 0.20.

  • Disability support: 35%
  • Public accessibility: 25%
  • Digital accessibility: 20%
  • Inclusion in education and work: 20%

This board rates how well people with disabilities, chronic limitations or limited mobility can participate in everyday life. It combines rights, social and health access, built and transport accessibility, digital usability and inclusion in education and work.

Disability support receives the highest weight because rights, social protection, healthcare and institutional implementation form the base for the other areas. Public accessibility follows at 25 percent because streets, buildings, transport and services directly shape daily life. Digital accessibility and inclusion in education and work each carry 20 percent so modern public access, learning, skills and employment remain central.
